Good afternoon. I am requesting help. We here in Santa Cruz California are requesting assistance to provide a unconditional tent shelter for 300 to 800(900) tents/cubicles. Needed from 2025 now to 2029 for this crisis . Can someone help to get the Federal government to recognize this crisis as a biological disaster and economic disaster recovery. We are here some of us at 301 Armory road at conditional temporary tent shelter. Maybe we can expand this area for this project or obtain land use on hwy-9/ca 9 Santa Cruz CA 95060. Also some of us agree that there's a problem of misuse of social security number and should be closed. restructure a new pension disaster/ and economic disaster recovery effort to . I have been homeless for more than ten years because of the social security admin. I am an orphan forgot my S.S. # .Because I don't have the ss number I might be homeless again. I am denied food/food card, no school, no work or income not allowed to take tests at school, no DMV ID, no driving, no passport denied, no travel. Please help us create an unconditional cubicle/tent shelter in Santa Cruz CA and please shut down/close the social security administration. If you can shut down social security maybe create a pension distribution for contributors without a serial number system being misused by group to exclude Americans from vital services. Thank you.
